After the project has been completed, it’s likely that from time to time you need the services of a small team to perform minor works to your premises. Rest assured we will always be available to provide back-up and support at reasonable rates when needed.
Spacebuild regularly undertake projects under £15k - for us, customer relationship is more important than size of project.

We care greatly about the experience of our customers, and we work hard to ensure the durability of our workmanship. At project hand over we run through operations and maintenance schedules with our customers, and leave a handbook with instructions for care.
However with wear and tear it may be necessary to intervene or provide adjustments to your interior, and we will support you in determining the best course of action.
