We regularly undertake Shell Preparation works, building enhancements and upgrades as well as ‘White Box’ works
We have an inclusive approach, carrying out demolition and structural works including concrete cutting, plus any enabling works and often amalgamate developer side works with client works to fast track the program and get the client program active soonest.

Typical projects range from small refits through to 30,000 sq ft new-build projects complete with elevators, escalators, electrical, mechanical and life safety systems packages including associated fixtures and fittings.

On-site Works.
We micro manage every aspect of the programme to ensure nothing is left to chance. Fixtures are generally made off-site in controlled environments and brought to site in a timely manner.
Quality Management.
Every week we meet with the client on-site to discuss progress and take on board client concerns or wishes. The project stakeholders all get an insight in a timely manner and the build team have clear communication on their input.
Ongoing Relationship.
We aim to build long term relationships, since this is the best long term strategy for business. Our company has numerous client and supplier relationships that have existed for more than a decade. It’s nice to do business.
