Läderach

We were pleased to be involved in three premium locations for Läderach, taking on full Principal Contractor duty overseeing, strip out, internal finishes, full MEP services and installation of fixtures

Läderach – chocolatier suisse, the Swiss chocolate manufacturer, stands for three core values: freshness, artisanal skills, and Swissness. Founded in 1962, the family company is headquartered in the Swiss canton of Glarus.

Sustainability is the key

Läderach oversees the entire production process from the cocoa bean to the store counter and manufactures its chocolate exclusively in Switzerland. This makes them one of just a few premium producers to guarantee sustainable quality from the cocoa bean to the end product.

Installation was a complete success with positive feedback

We executed a comprehensive strip-out and refit of the existing retail space and basement areas. An entirely new store front, entrance and signage. Internally extensive alterations to the store layout were undertaken that included repositioning the staircase, a complete waterproof tanking system to the basement and the creation of new back of house areas for administration, welfare and stock areas.

Our expertise extends to overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations, ensuring that every system is integrated perfectly and operates efficiently.

Finally, we’ll add the finishing touches by installing fixtures that bring the project to life, creating a space that is both beautiful and functional.

We’re thrilled to be able to deliver this latest store in London for our client Läderach. Together, we aim to deliver an outstanding result that exceeds expectations. This is the third site we have completed for Läderach with previous openings at Covent Garden and Kings Road Chelsea.
