Poetry are renowned for understated luxury pieces in natural fabrics with relaxed fit.

Working closely with Poetry and their project manager MGPM, Spacebuild delivered a major redevelopment of the Walton Street store. The project involved a full strip-back of the building, including the removal of the roof, staircases, floor structures, and all front and rear windows and doors. Structural works followed, including new drainage, steel supports, and reconstructed floors and staircases to meet revised design levels.

Under a separate fit-out contract, Spacebuild completed the store with high-quality finishes, including an enlarged rear roof lantern, traditional sash windows, an oak shopfront, wide plank flooring, ceiling and wall features, and bespoke joinery. The project reflects Spacebuild’s long-standing relationship with Poetry, having delivered multiple London stores over the past decade.
