A Global Phenomenon

Spacebuild recently undertook a significant fit-out project for Foot Locker at Cabot Circus, Bristol. This project was a collaborative effort, with Spacebuild working alongside RPA Vision and under the external project management of MACE. The transformation began with a shell space, which Spacebuild developed into a fully functional and aesthetically pleasing retail environment.

The scope of the project was extensive. Spacebuild was responsible for the installation of all new services, ensuring that the store was equipped with the necessary electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. This comprehensive approach guaranteed that the infrastructure was robust and capable of supporting the store’s operations.

To create a welcoming and functional layout, partition walls were constructed. These partitions were strategically placed to form window areas, allowing natural light to enhance the store’s ambiance. The installation of ceramic flooring added a durable and stylish finish, contributing to the overall aesthetic appeal of the store.

A standout feature of this Foot Locker store is the large painted mural by local artist CHEO. This mural adds a unique and vibrant touch to the store’s interior, reflecting the local culture and enhancing the shopping experience for customers.

Throughout the project, RPA Vision provided essential design and architectural expertise, ensuring that the store’s layout and aesthetics met Foot Locker’s standards. MACE, as the external project manager, played a crucial role in overseeing the project’s progress, ensuring that timelines were adhered to and quality standards were maintained.
